long story short ( why do they always hit the littel rod ) ugly stick used for rock trolling with 30 lbs line hooked fish around 9:30 ish looked like truck hood feel out of sky fought fish for a littel over 7 hours yes 7 I had rod for 6 hrs had to hand it off lost feeling in fingers. next man fought for hour and a half or so got to boat grabed litter tuna said no no got back to boat graped litter whent to hook with gaf and fish broke 100 pound litter off at hook this was around 4:30 ish ya I know you think fish story but I got video and pictures to show will post later and I all most forgot the sun brun to show for it also did get one littel dolphen showed up at boat while fighting tuna been long day hope ya do good towmorrow we were about 6 miles north of the point and almost forgot hit pink daisy chain

Had to of still chalked it up as a great day,
We had a 60# class yft hit our 4.0, Kieth,(short Comings) son, With a little help from his dad,faught the fish for 1 1/2 hours,
I missed the gaff,(like someone else said,a good gaff man are hard to find).
We had it to the boat doing its death spin 6 times.
Lesson learned, don't bring a striper rod/real on a tuna trip. I wrote it down.
