Fairly new at this offshore thing but thought this would be a good place to have some questions answered. I have a 26' Angeler with two 150 yamahas. The fuel capacity is 200 gallons. I do trailor the boat. I am wonderingwhat is a good place to put in to do some shorter runs offshore and maybe get on some fish(species tuna hoo dont really make much difference. I am located in Reidsville,NC and have fished the bay a good bit for flats and stripers. Just upgraded to the new boat last year and any advice would be appreciated.

Oreon inlet is a good start. Close to you and good fishing.

O.I. would be the closet for you, however Hatteras is closer the stream.

zipper is your boat a center consol? I'm having all sort of problems with my angler.
25 wa does yours have a hard top? IF so check your welds I allmost lost mine on 95S, maybe I'm just lucky!!!

Listen Oregon Inlet is good fishing, but if I were you I'd trailer to Hatteras village, get ahold of Dan Oden at Odens Docks, roll in off the stern of a 50 footer Charter boat out of Odens Docks or Hatteras Village and get on some good fishing from there. Get up with Dan Oden. I've known the boy for a long time. We went to college together at Elon. He has a very nice family and they are always willing to help people. The food is good at their restaurant as well. Good luck.
