Was supposed to go out with a buddy on his boat tomorrow, but he canceled this morning. Wx was showing 3-6, now it shows 2-4. Only have a 25 footer. What do you guys think? Just cant decide.

Yeh the weather is very weird for saturday. Yesturday we had already planned not to go out, but today it looks as though we might just go out. However i'm not in the same boat as you (no pun intended lol). If i were you, i would just wait it out to see how the weather is trully going to end up to be like. Buy some ballyhoo and get ur things ready to go but just keep watching the weather. Just remember that you can always refreeze the ballyhoo.

We are packin up boat and will be at OI in the 5am range, to follow the fleetout. I think we can fish till 12/1 and then call it.
Should oughta have some fish by then.
we have a 24' hydra sports, We plan on heading to the point,
I'll tellya if the winds are blowing we ain't going. But gunna be in position, If winds are down in the morning like I see its suppose to be.

Note. I am not a PRO weather man like the ones you see, thats gets paided, on TV.
