What is the opinion on fluorocarbon leaders vs. mono? I am thinking of changing over all my rigs to fluoro based on what I hear about lower line visibility in the water. I troll mostly. I have also heard fluoro is more effective when chunking on skiddish fish but not much difference than mono when trolling, so I am a little confused.
Also, I may be just want to fiddle with rigs 'cause I want to play with the tackle and waste money.

What is the experience with fluoro?

Thanks for the input!!

I use it for Offshore fishing,it is tuffer than mono. You have to crimp the large Flouro it is too stiff to tie knots with.I use it live Baiting Cobia also. Most other situations you can get away with mono.
