MY 25.5 FT BOAT WAS PICKED UP AND IS HEADED TO MIAMI FOR WARRENTY
WORK. I CANT BELEIVE IT!!!!
MAYBE THEY SAW ME COMPLAINING ON THE BOARD,OR VBSF HAS SOME PULL!!!!!!
BUT THANKS TO ALL ON THE HELP AND ADVICE.

yea i cant either, but hey dont count your chickens till ya get her back. best of luck, though. if ya want to go fishing while yours is out give me a shout.i dont need much of an excuse to go just an idea of where to go.

THANKS FOR THE OFFER I MIGHT TAKE YOU UP ON THAT.I'VE GOT ENOUGH TACKLE FOR THE BOTH OF US PLUS SOME.

IT WOULD BE A SUCCESS WITH THEM PUTTING A NEW HARDTOP ON AND FIXING
ALL THE FIBERGLASS AND THE STUCK GAS FLOAT, BUT ITS NOT OVER YET!!!!!!!

Have you written down the names of all the people you have talked to and what each persons title is,what they said they would do for you.You need to document everything,every call,time ,date, what was said. Judges like people who are organized and write stuff down.Trust me my father was a Lawyer,he always told me to write details down,Judges dont like stories that cant be proven with documents.

yea your right i think i told him on the phone thats what the attorney i had said, but mine was a lemon law specilist and he said when it comes to boats it aint good for the consumer.

I TALKED TO OSCAR AT ANGLER TODAY AND HE HAS MY BOAT AND TOLD ME THEY ARE TO START MONDAY WITH THE REPAIRS. HE ALSO SAID THAT THEIR GOING TO FIXS THE WHOLE LIST OF ABOUT A DOZ. ITEMS. HE SAID HE'LL MAKE IT A NEW BOAT!!
BUT SEEING IS BELIEVING, I TOLD HIM I MIGHT COME AND PICK IT UP IN MIAMI IN A COUPLE OF WEEKS WHEN ITS DONE.

I COULD GO FOR SOME BLUE WATER FISHING, HE SAID THE DOLPHIN SHOULD BE RUNNING!!!!! SOUNDS LIKE A ROAD TRIP!!!!!!!!!
