Fished east and southeast of the cigar area with the majority of the fleet Saturday. Water was pretty but very warm again, highest temp seen was 85.6* down on the 140 line. It was a slow day for us with no knockdowns until the afternoon. First hit came on a black/red ilander off the planer, VERY good size wahoo however the terminal tackle let go right at the boat with no chance for a gaff shot. Second hit came at 3:00 with another Wahoo, this one went into the box. It was Dawn's first wahoo so she was excited about that. Numerous billfish were caught and released in the area, both blues and whites. Although we were in the "neighborhood" it was not our day evn with a 1/2 spread of billfish baits. We had no billfish knockdowns, nor did we see a billfish all day.
